New Patients at Van Roo Family Chiropractic

Starting care somewhere new can feel like a big step. At Van Roo Family Chiropractic, we do everything we can to make it a comfortable and straightforward one. From your very first phone call, you’ll be met with a team that’s friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to have you here.

Your First Visit

Plan for at least an hour for your first appointment. When you arrive, you’ll find a large, comfortable waiting room with a dedicated play area for kids. Our front desk team will get you checked in and help you with any paperwork.
If you’d prefer to get a head start, you’re welcome to download and complete your new patient forms before you come in. Just bring your insurance card and you’ll be all set.
Once you’re with the doctor, you’ll go through a thorough health history and exam. On-site X-rays are available when needed, which helps the doctors get a precise picture of what’s going on and how best to help you. The goal of that first visit isn’t just to gather information. It’s to start building a real understanding of your health and what you’re hoping to achieve.

Your Second Visit

Your second appointment is where things really start to take shape. The doctor will walk you through your Report of Findings, covering what the exam and X-rays revealed and what it means for your care. Together, you’ll go over a recommended treatment plan, a home care routine, and how nutrition might play a role in your recovery. There’s plenty of time for questions, and your first adjustment happens at this visit too.

Ongoing Care

Once you’re up and running, regular visits are quick and easy, typically around 15 minutes. Think of it like any other healthy habit. Consistent care keeps you feeling your best and helps prevent small issues from turning into bigger ones.
